Carolyn Coburn, age 79, of Whiteland, Indiana passed away November 15 at Greenwood Village South, Greenwood Indiana. Visitation will be on Saturday November 18 at Brooklyn Christian 7 South Church Street, Brooklyn IN from 11:00 to 1:00 with the funeral at 1:00 and burial to follow at Brooklyn Cemetery.
Mrs. Coburn was born on March 25, 1938, to Kenneth and Bertha Kinder, who preceded her in death. Her brother Keith Kinder also proceded her in death. She is survived by her husband of 33 years Virgil Coburn, daughters Laurinda Horton (Roger) of Bargersville, IN, Nora Bates (Larry) of Mooresville, IN, and Tracy Collins (Nan) of Douglasville, GA, 7 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild, step daughter Melody Mills, Whiteland, IN, step son Dennis Coburn, Atlanta GA, 5 step grandchildren, 4 step great grandchildren.
Mrs. Coburn was a life long member of the Brooklyn Christian Church. She loved spending time with her family and friends and spoiling her grandchildren.
